D) The effect on marketability: If there will be no reduction in sales because of copying or distribution, the fair use exemption is likely to apply. This is the most important of the four tests for fair use

Oxi Clean Saves My Dinner JacketOct 11, 2011 I found a nasty stain on my my nice James Bond villian style Nehru collar dinner jacket. It is one of my favorite jackets to wear to Christmas dinner engagements and I needed it for this weekend. This jacket wasn't worn for two years and nothing was on it when I wrapped it back up in fresh plastic and put it in my closet 2 years ago when I put it away. The plastic was obviously opened and was re-wrapped. This was NOT done by me and was likely the retaliation of some maniac that was allowed in my house when I wasn't at home. The stain was dumped down the shoulder and all down the left sleeve.
